Medicare Supplements in Michigan

For seniors receiving coverage from original Medicare in Michigan, there is the opportunity to expand your coverage with a government-approved Medigap plan, also known as a Medicare supplement. There are 10 of these plans, each of them designed with different levels of coverage so that you can choose the level (and the corresponding cost) best suited for your needs. For the more expensive plans there are also cost-lowering options like High Deductible Plan F or Select Copay Plan C. These plans are regulated by the government but implemented by Michigan's private health insurance companies. Not all private companies offer all 12 plans, and rates for the same plans can vary. Research the best private companies in Michigan to find out what Medigap plans they offer and how you can make one of those policies work for you.
